Bourbon Conspiracy is a massive, jet-black Imperial Stout that showcases twenty months of maturation in American oak Jim Beam bourbon barrels. The extended aging creates a seamless integration of smooth roast and vanilla-forward wood character. This decadent beer offers a sensory profile dominated by dark chocolate, espresso, and toasted coconut, giving way to rich notes of molasses and dried figs.
