Appearance. Deep brown to opaque black (35–40 SRM). Topped with a thick, persistent, tan-colored creamy head that leaves fine lacing on the glass. Opaque in the glass, showing deep ruby highlights at the edges.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Pronounced notes of milk chocolate and roasted coffee from the dark roasted grains, backed by a light caramel sweetness. A distinct grainy, nutty oatmeal aroma is present, alongside very low earthy hop notes and a faint dark fruit ester profile.

Taste. Initial impression is smooth and malty. Rich flavors of dark chocolate and coffee-and-cream dominate, supported by a toasted, earthy graininess from the caramelized oats. Medium hop bitterness provides balance against the malt sweetness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering roasty, nutty aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably silky, velvety texture and a characteristic oily slickness due to the high oat content. Moderate carbonation creates a creamy sensation. Alcohol warmth is absent. Smooth with no perceptible grain astringency.
