Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution of the ecosystem in the bottle result in a distinctively complex and elegant natural beer. This Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston Vintage was blendedand bottled on Wednesday March 11th 2020. We let this bottle age for anadditional four years before releasing it.It is a blend of one-, two- and three-year-old lambikken, originating fromfive different barrels and six different brews. The oldest lambik was brewedin April 2017.
