A light, refined hop aroma provides subtle citrus and piney accents, which are expertly balanced against the malt-forward sweetness. At 5.5% ABV, it offers a smooth, balanced bitterness and a clean finish, successfully bridging the gap between a traditional Amber Ale and a modern American IPA.
Appearance. Deep amber to coppery-red (11-17 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, off-white to light tan head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a clear malt-forward profile of caramel, toffee, and lightly toasted bread. Hop aroma is moderate-low, displaying classic citrus and resinous notes. Fermentation is clean with virtually no detectable esters.
