This American IPA evokes the intensity of a vibrant spring with a saturated hop profile and a bold presence. High-intensity aromatics lead with elegant floral notes from Centennial and Cascade hops, immediately followed by the lush tropical fruit and bright citrus punch of Citra. A distinct hit of caramelized malt provides a sturdy, honeyed backbone, balancing the aggressive bitterness and saturating the palate. The 7.5% ABV adds a sophisticated, well-integrated warmth that enhances the resinous finish. Appearance. Pours a deep golden to light reddish-amber color (SRM 10-12) with good clarity. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by floral and citrus notes from Centennial and Cascade, alongside distinct tropical fruit esters of mango and pineapple from Citra. A low to moderate caramel malt sweetness provides a supportive background without overshadowing the hops.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of citrus zest, grapefruit, and tropical fruit flavors. High hop bitterness is firm but balanced by a moderate toasted, bready, and caramelized malt character. Fermentation is clean, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering hoppy, resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-bodied with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a lively mouth-feel. A noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its 7.5% strength, without any harsh astringency.
