19 Norte Guadalupeda is an evocative Winter Seasonal Beer designed as a "Ponche Stout" to capture the spirit of the holidays. Built on a sturdy foundation of Wheat, Oats, and Barley, this brew offers a thick, velvety texture that supports a festive array of adjuncts. The sensory profile is dominated by a warming spice blend of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Clove, harmonizing with the deep, molasses-like sweetness of Piloncillo. Rich Chocolate notes and smooth Vanilla wrap around seasonal Christmas fruits, creating a complex, dessert-like experience. At 7.5% ABV, it serves as a comforting liquid blanket, balancing malt depth with subtle special hops for a lingering, festive finish.

Appearance. Very dark brown to near-opaque; features a dense, persistent tan head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with a rich bouquet of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg over a base of dark chocolate and toasted malt. Distinctive sweet notes of piloncillo and vanilla are present, complemented by a subtle dark fruit ester profile reminiscent of traditional punch.

Taste. Initial impression is sweet and spiced. Layers of chocolate, toasted grain, and nutty malt flavors are well-integrated with assertive holiday spices. The piloncillo provides a brown sugar and molasses complexity, while vanilla rounds out the finish. Bitterness is restrained to allow the spices and seasonal fruit character to lead. The finish is long and satisfying with a gentle, warming alcohol presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a creamy, chewy texture derived from the oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth provides a comforting sensation without being harsh.
