This classic Weissbier from Tsypa Brewery presents a quintessential German sensory profile. The aroma is dominated by a harmonious balance of yeast-driven esters and phenols, specifically ripe banana and spicy clove. A soft, bready malt foundation, derived from a high proportion of malted wheat and Pilsner malt, provides a grainy sweetness. On the palate, the experience is refreshing and effervescent, with the fruity yeast character leading into a clean, relatively dry finish. The fluffy, moussy texture enhances the drinkability, while a very low hop bitterness ensures the delicate wheat character remains front and center.
Appearance. Pale gold (approximately 4-5 SRM) with a very thick, long-lasting, moussy white head. Distinctly hazy with a characteristic yeast-and-wheat shine.
