Ārpus Brewing Co.:Ārpus Brewing Co. is een onafhankelijke microbrouwerij, opgericht in 2017 door ambachtelijke biernerds uit Letland. We brouwen waar we van houden - sappige hop forward ales, fruitige zure bieren en gedurfde imperial stouts. We kozen het Letse woord Ārpus voor de naam van onze brouwerij, omdat de betekenis ervan de soorten bieren weerspiegelt die we brouwen - buiten de doos, voorbij de massa gemaakte lagers, bieren met overweldigende smaken en aroma's voor mensen die dapper genoeg zijn om uit hun comfortzone te stappen. De brouwerij ligt net buiten Riga (Letland), uitgerust met een brouwhuis van 10hL en fermentatievaten van 20hL. Ons bier wordt verpakt in blikjes van 440 ml en KeyKegs en vervolgens bewaard in een koelcel om het langer vers te houden.
