Collaboration with Rivington Brewing
Together we decided to brew a Double IPA, using one of the latest innovations in the world of hops – Cryo Hops x Phantasm. This product by Yakima Chief Hops combines their Cryo Hops – concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oil – and Phantasm – beer-soluble thiol precusors derived from the skin of New Zealand grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which help deliver potent tropical aromas in beer.
