Elgood’s Brewery Cambridge Bitter

La Elgood's Cambridge Bitter è una birra caratterizzata da un aroma maltato e fruttato e da un piacevole retrogusto amaro, in perfetto stile inglese bitter.

Elgoods is a family owned brewery housed in the North Brink Brewery in the heart of the fens.  The Brewery was established in 1795 and was one of the first classic Georgian breweries to be built outside of London.    Elgoods Cambridge Bitter was awarded is a mile brown bitter made with the finest Pale Ale malt and a small amount of roast barley.  The malty, fruity aroma and satisfying flavour is followed by a bitter finish. The good balance of malt and hop character makes for a pleasing session beer.

A mild brown bitter with a good balance of malt and hop character for a pleasing session drink. The finest pale ale malt (made from Maris Otter barley) is blended with torrified wheat, invert sugar and a small amount of roast barley to ensure consistent colour.

Aroma maltato con note di tostatura e caramello. Il colore fulvo ambrato è reso omogeneo dall’unione del malto Maris Otter con zucchero invertito, frumento maltato ed un pizzico di orzo tostato. Al palato risulta leggera e cremosa e il delicato amaro finale lascia la bocca liscia e fresca. La bassa gradazione ed il gusto appagante rendono la Cambridge Bitter molto piacevole e facile da bere.
