Mi nombre es Arturo y junto con mi socio Juan llevamos mucho tiempo recuperando recetas de elaboración que se remontan al siglo XV y XVI haciendo pruebas y errores con el fin de poder llegar a depurarlas hasta lograr sabores y aromas muy diferenciados con lo que se considera la cerveza actual.
