Dupont Biolégère

Biolégère is an organic Belgian blond beer from Dupont brewery. Dupont Brewery is a family-owned Belgian farmhouse brewery, with a brewing history dating back to 1759. The brewery uses traditional square fermentation vessels to enhance the fruity characteristics from the yeast. Biolégère was created in 1992 to meet the growing demand for organic beer. Although relatively low in alcohol at 3.5% ABV, this beer is bottle conditioned to give an extra depth of flavour, unusual for a lighter strength beer. The beer is blond in colour, with a bready, spicy aroma and light flavour. Dupont Biolégère is best served slightly refrigerated as an aperitif, or with a light meal.
