De Molen Op & Top

De Molen, long time Dutch craft brewers bring you Op & Top, a hoppy blonde as they describe it. It’s more in line with some of the classic darker American IPAs than a blonde but the prerogative is always with the brewer on that one! Beautifully blending a sweet, caramel infused malt base with light and airy American hops, De Molen finesse this one all the way. It’s caramel, pine and resin on the nose and to taste there’s plenty more to go around! A sweet, syrupy base laced with caramel is supported by delightfully balanced resin and pine explosions, light bitterness ghosting through at the end. The overall effect is of a beer boozier than it actually is. At 4.5%, this is beer you can session all day and, you’re going to want to. Get Op & Top of things!
