Beschrijving:  Spekkoek (ook wel Spekuk of Kue lapis legit genoemd) is een zeer smakelijke en dicht gelaagde cake met specerijen uit de Indonesische archipel. Het is hoogstwaarschijnlijk een product van Europees gebak en Indonesische specerijen, ontwikkeld in de koloniale periode. Tegenwoordig is het nog steeds een populaire lekkernij in zowel Nederland als Indonesië. Na Ikan Ikan is er nu Ikan Besar. Al die prachtige aromatische specerijen zijn in een gedurfde en fluweelzachte stout verwerkt, perfect voor de donkere wintermaanden.
