CRAK è nato come suono di rottura con il passato, perché acquistare il nostro impianto è stata per noi una svolta epocale. Abbiamo aperto le porte del nostro birrificio nel 2015, e da quel giorno facciamo ciò che la nostra birra Guerrilla® ogni giorno ci esorta a fare: lottare per ciò in cui crediamo perché “tutto è possibile”, bisogna solo trovare la strada giusta da percorrere con i mezzi che si hanno.
Da quando siamo CRAK lasciamo che in Birrificio sia la creatività e il bisogno di sperimentare a guidarci per produrre le migliori birre possibili.
Rompere le regole, sperimentare senza limiti e senza paura di rischiare, sia in Birrificio sia in Cantina, condividendo idee e intuizioni anche con professionisti del mondo del vino, del caffè e dei distillati.

CRAK was born as a sound of breaking with the past because buying our system was an epochal turning point for us. We opened the doors of our brewery in 2015, and since that day we have been doing what our Guerrilla® beer urges us to do every day: fight for what we believe in because “everything is possible, you just have to find the right way to go with the means you have”.
Since we are CRAK we have let creativity and the need to experiment guide us in the brewery to produce the best beers possible.
Breaking the rules, experimenting without limits and without fear of taking risks, both in the brewery and in Cantina, sharing ideas and insights even with professionals from the world of chocolate, coffee and spirits.
