Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-poured white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time,goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

La cerveza de trigo ’standard’ de esta cervecería

De aspecto turbia y ambarina. Sorprende con su fuerza por el alto contenido en Co2, debido a la segunda fermentación en botella.

Su abundante espuma queda firme en el vaso alto, soltando los aromas de poco en poco. Su primer trago nos da referencias a trigo malteado, muy refrescante por sus connotaciones de limón y curasao.

Elaborada por la cervecería más antigua del mundo, según la Ley de la Pureza de 1516. Refrescante, ideal como aperitivo o acompañando a pescado o marisco fresco, mejillones o almejas cocidas y quesos frescos y suaves.

Cerveza negra de baja fermentación. Es producida desde 1543 por la cervecería Köstritzer Schwarzbierbrauerei, en el estado alemán de Turingia. Es una de las cervezas más famosas de la región y la líder de entre las de su tipo en Alemania.
