Tikka hace referencia a uno de los platos indios favoritos de los británicos que se elbora con pollo y especias. También es el punto rojo que se le pone a los novios en la frente durante las celebraciones de las bodas indias.

Referente a la cerveza, es de color dorado transparente y con una cabeza de espuma compacta y duradera. Con mucho cuerpo, llena de sabor y acabado ligeramente dulce. un poco especiada por el cilantro añadido. Aroma muy fresco. Ideal para comidas indias o especiadas.

Fuller’s India Pale Ale

De color ámbar pálido y buena espuma blanca. Con aroma afrutado y notas ligeramente cítricas y herbales.

Sabor muy afrutado con notas acarameladas y amargor firme y equilibrado. Con final afrutado, amargo y especiado muy agradable.

Moor Revival

A very hoppy and refreshing bitter, brewed to celebrate the revival of the brewery, and meant to revive you when you need it. Light in colour but not flavour thanks to a blend of Pale, Lager, Cara, Crystal and Wheat malts. The hops are a blend of American varieties, with American-style yeast providing a crisp finish. For a beer relatively low in alcohol it has a very full flavour and drinks well above its strength, earning it a multitude of awards and setting the standard for the style. A modern classic!
