Irish Stout (Dry Stout)

Aroma a café espresso con matices de chocolate negro. Color rubí negro oscuro con espuma blanca persistente.

Sabor a grano tostado suave con muy leve amargor. Final cafetoso con regusto a chocolate negro.

Muy balanceada y seca. Baja carbonatación,servida con nitrógeno.

Es una cerveza negra y cremosa, estilo de origen Irlandés. De gran cuerpo, espuma beige y persistente , con notas a café y un toque a jerez, el sabor tostado de la malta y el lúpulo da un retrogusto seco y robusto. Color negro.
