Sullerica Fosca

Cerveza ale, oscura-negra; con aroma a tostados y a cacao. Espuma densa y alta.

Sabor más robusto, pero no excesivo. Tiene 25 IBU’S de amargor y una graduación alcohólica de 6% vol.

Sullerica fosca se consigue con 4 tipos de malta de cebada diferentes, y una malta de trigo, tres tipos de lúpulo, levadura especial, agua de Sóller, cacao puro y flor de naranjo.

Temperatura óptima de consumo: 8-10 º c. Servir con copa alta cerrada para dar cabida a toda la espuma.
