The Rainmaker

IPA

Big juicy hops and a smooth malt body are the signatures of this bold New England style IPA. The Rainmaker loads up on Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy for a hop bomb of bright mango, citrus and tropical fruit. Relatively low hop bitterness and creamy oats the malt bill combine beautifully to make this one seriously drinkable IPA. Originally conceived as a special release The Rainmaker has quickly established itself amongst their most sought after beers and is now part of their Core range.

If You Say So

The first in our Off The Wall series featuring work by some of Ireland’s most amazing artists. Dermot McConaghy ’DMC’ gets us underway in style for this mega NE DIPA juice bomb. For this super juicy brew we worked with the guys at Wicklow Hops to help delevelop their new ’Fruitbowl’ yeast. The name says it all and the results speak for themselves!

Networking

A  true Brut

Clean, dry, brightly effervescent and refreshingly fruity. The little AMG (amyloglucosidase) enzyme is put to work delivering a super dry clean finish to compliment the juicy tropical and citrus from the Mosaic hop.
