The American IPA hoppiness of pine and grapefruit or the exotic fruit Belgian funk of Raging Bitch can be brought out with food. Try this Bitch with wasabi, ginger, jerk, Cajun, or cayenne spice; tangy cheese with fruit (think brie with orange marmalade); or dark chocolate.

Cerveza americana, de 8,4% de alcohol, de alta fermentación con segunda fermentación en botella.

Brooklyn Blast! Tiene un color ámbar algo oscuro con espuma generosa, blanca de alta persistencia.

Aroma a pino, notas ligeras cítricas de pomelo con suave presencia de malta.

Sabor de panadería con un incipiente amargor de hierba y tierra, se aprecia resina, albaricoques y pomelo, el final es agradable, equilibrado con cierta proliferación amarga.

Se puede maridar con alimentos muy picantes, especialmente los platos thailandeses, indios, platos mexicanos con chile habanero, y pollo jamaicano.
