D’escuma espessa i cremosa que contrasta amb el negre fosc de les maltes torrefactes que aporten aromes impactants a cereal torrat. Té un sabor agradable a torrefacte amb matisos de cafè i una amargor molt lleu. Amb una carbonatació i un cos mitjà.

Cerveza de trigo, estilo American Wheat con 4 maltas y 4 lúpulos. La malta de trigo le confiere un caracter refrescante, que junto al caracter frutal de los lúpulos “citra” y “amarillo” hacen que sea perfecta para días cálidos.

Para su realización se utiliza agua de calidad proveniente de Cotiella.
