Se trata de una cerveza ambarina, de espuma cremosa y muy aromática, suave, fresca, seca y con un cuerpo robusto. Extrañamente se fabrica con levaduras de alta fermentación y agua pura de manantial propio. Se la deja madurar durante un largo periodo de tiempo; por todo ello es más afrutada de lo normal, aunque el final sigue siendo seco y con claras notas de los lúpulos

In the last ‘’Meneer de Uil’’ (Mister Owl) series we aged our imperial/double stout in Ledaig Whisky Casks. Massive bodied imperial stout with a very intense aromas such as chocolate, coffee, roasted grains, peat smoke, vanilla, oak and intense peaty Ledaig flavours and aromas.

We created this barrel aged peaty monster a few times now and we’ll keep doing it until we can not get any more casks from this awesome Isle of Mull distiller!
