Black IPA de color oscuro como una stout y lupulada como una IPA. La cerveza ha sido elaborada con una gran cantidad de maltas Carafa muy torrefactas pero con poca cantidad de maltas caramel y chocolate, así obtenemos las notas de amargor torrefacto y el delicado recuerdo a chocolate.

En la etiqueta se muestra el patio interior de la policia de Copenhagen y va dedicada al comandante Bjarne.

Collective Arts Collective Project Black IPA

Made with Australian Galaxy hops and Mosaic and Simcoe from Yakima, Washington, our Black IPA is smooth with a dry finish and some lingering hop bitterness. Primary notes of citrus orange and grapefruit are prevalent. The Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe hops are nicely balanced, with tropical fruit and background hints of chocolate and roast.
