Cerveza Enigma

Doble fermentación a 20º

Elaboración

Elaborada con agua, malta, lúpulo, levadura de alta fermentación, romero y miel de romero.No lleva ningún tipo de filtrado ni pasteurizado.

Notas de cata

Color : Ambarino-Miel, semitransparente y denso.
Nariz : Recuerda a una cerveza de estilo Bockbier sin el olor a alcohol. Discreto toque a madera probablemente debido a la levadura. Es muy evidente y lo domina todo el perfil de romero con sus olores.

Graduación: Entre 6 y 6,5% Vol.

NZ pale Ale

Cerveza de color dorado, con aromas a fruta exótica y blanca; floral.

Maridaje recomendado: Membrillo con Queso.

Most elabora! amb tres Iipus d’ordi maltejat (Pale Munich light i Crystal). un xic de blat maltejat i cuatre tipus de lIúpol en flor.

Mitjançant tres addicions de lIúool en cocció aconseguim l´amarguor, el sabor i l´aroma.

Primer Southrn x i Pacific Gem, despres Southern X o Nelson Sauin i per ultim Nelson Sauvin u Motueka generen 45 IBU

Aquest most  es trasformat en Cervesa amb una letmentaciló alta (Tipus Ale).

Amb aixovolem transmetre la nostra pròpia interpretació del estil NZ Ale. d’alcohol mitjà i amb caràcter resinós y aromàtic.

Pot contenir sediments. Sense filtrar, sense pasteuritzar, cervesa amb evolució, refermentada en ampolla.

Conservar dempeus en lloc fresc i fosc. Servir entre 8°-10°C / 46 - 50°F.

Session IPA

Una birra da grande beva. Chiara, molto aromatica e con finale secco e delicatamente amaro.

I luppoli, Simcoe e Citra, riportano un’ondata di profumi che ricordano mandarino, mango, ananas e cedro che ritornano anche al palato su di una leggera base maltata.

Mandarina and Citra give to this beer pleasantly fruity aroma, revealing a strong tangerine note with slightly sweet aroma balanced by citrus and tropical fruit hints that guarantee a really fresh aroma.
