Cervezas de fermentación alta en caliente, lo que proporciona al producto aromas afrutados y gran variedad de tonos y sabores), suave, con mucha espuma, se produce con maltas nacionales y algunas maltas alemanas que son importadas a través del Club de Cerveceros del Uruguay.

Recibe este nombre en conmemoración del bicentenario de la histórica cabalgada de Paul Revere (uno de los héroes de la Guerra de la Independencia).

De color cobrizo con un ligero amargor y aroma de frutas, caramelo, floral y cítricos. De suave carbonatación natural y aroma único aportado por el dry hopping.
