Bruegel Amber Ale

Bruegel is an easy drinking soft and tasty amber ale. Thanks to the refermentation it offers more body, more head and more taste than most other American and Belgian Amber ales. It is brewed with Dutch barley and German hops. Although the bitterness is clearly present, it is not dominant.

Bruegel recibe su nombre en honor del famoso pintor del siglo XVI Pieter Bruegel, la etiqueta está ilustrada con una parte del cuadro "El baile de los mendigos".

Es de color ámbar con reflejos brllantes, una cabeza de espuma media. Muchas pequeñas burbujas finas. Aroma afrutado, a malta y cítricos que se refleja también en el sabor. Cuerpo ligero, muy refrescante y bebible. Amargor muy ligero. 

Duvel Tripel Hop Citra

Ruim 5.000 deelnemers onderwierpen zich vrijwillig aan de blind tasting en brachten hun stem uit. De voorkeur ging overduidelijk uit naar Citra. De tweede Duvel Tripel Hop die ooit gemaakt werd, krijgt hierdoor een permanente plek in ons gamma.

Voor Duvel Tripel Hop passen onze brouwers de dry-hopping techniek toe. De derde hop-soort wordt in een latere fase van het brouwproces toegevoegd waardoor de hoparoma’s intenser en verfijnder aanwezig zijn in het finale bier. De derde hopsoort, Citra, wordt geteeld in de Yakima Valley in Washington.Met deze 75 cl fles kan je je vrienden of familie laten meegenieten van dit heerlijke bier.

Desde 2007, los maestros cerveceros de Duvel no han dejado de innovar con una tercera variedad de lúpulo para darle a la Duvel un toque adicional sorprendente y algo amargo. Cada primavera, esto resulta en el lanzamiento de una Tripel Hop única que complementa el resto de la gamma Duvel.

Seis Tripel Hops más tarde, en 2016, Duvel se propuso dar con la Duvel Tripel Hop definitiva. Más de 5,000 fanáticos probaron y votaron y Citra termina siendo la clara vencedora. La Duvel Tripel Hop con citra no solo ganó una medalla en el Brussels Beer Challenge: también fue galardonada en el Zythos Beer Festival de Lovaina.

Al crear la Tripel Hop, nuestros maestros cerveceros no se limitan a agregar una tercera variedad de lúpulo. También aplican una proceso especial de dry-hopping. En este caso, además de agregar los lúpulos habituales durante el proceso de cocción, se añaden flores de lúpulo durante una fase posterior del proceso (durante la maduración), intensificando y refinando así los aromas de lúpulo de la cerveza resultante. El aromático tercer lúpulo se cultiva en el Valle de Yakima en el estado de Washington (Estados Unidos) y deleita el paladar con toques frescos de toronja y fruta tropical.

Over 5,000 participants volunteered for the blind tasting and cast their votes. Citra was the clear winner. The second Duvel Tripel Hop ever to be made was therefore given a permanent place in our range.

Our brewers use the dry-hopping technique to make Duvel Tripel Hop. The third hop variety is added in a later phase of the brewing process, making the hop aromas more intense and refined in the final beer. The third hop variety, Citra, is grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington.
