De color marrón rojizo y una densa espuma crema color amarilla. Con una buena cantidad de sedimentos. El aroma tiene notas provenientes del vino rojo y de la melaza caliente que se mezclan con un dulce de leche y pimienta negra picante, junto a cítricos. De cuerpo pesado y sabor amargo y algo azucarado, a vainilla, caramelo y algo cítrico.

Ms. Violet is our homage to the Belgian tripel style of brewing, and to the people who make the best beers in the world with just single ingredients and the best yeast possible. We again used our house pear tree Brett, alongside plums and blackcurrant to create a fun mix of warm alcohol and fruit notes which round off to a dry, short finish, albeit with intense plum notes throughout. In this beer we pushed the boundaries of fermentation possibilities with a Brett yeast, and used close to a tonne of fruits per thousand liters, hence the beautiful hazy purple body!
