This wheat beer is a typical Bevarian style "Weissbier" with a smooth mouth feeling and a fruity and clove-like aroma. Darguner Weissbier is top-fermented and holds an alcohol volume of 5.1%. This beer is brewed with more than 50% wheat malt, barley malt and caramel malt. Since this wheat beer is unfiltered there is a natural turbidity consisting of proteins and yeast. Darguner Weissbier is brewed according to the German Purity Law.
