Colaboración con Bodebrown de Brasil, Cerjeja Curibita es una pale ale de inspiración americana elaborada utilizando una gran cantidad de lúpulo americano para dar este toque a la cerveza - cítricos, flor de naranja y sabores y aromas de sandía.

Para añadir un toque de sol brasileño hemos añadido algunos granos de pimienta rosa que añaden un ligero picante con notas de bayas de enebro. El resultado es una cerveza con sabor afrutado muy personal y especiada. Con cebada y centeno.

Una cerveza de gran cuerpo. Una receta histórica. Color ámbar anaranjado de espuma cremosa que se logra mantener en tope de la cerveza. En nariz tiene notas a miel, caramelo y naranja. En boca es bastante dulce y algo seca, con notas a malta, naranja y cardamomo. Especiada.
