Craft Beer: Cloudwater - Hooked On Strata Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom: Following on from the first iteration in this series we've given Strata the limelight by making it the focal point of our series of DDH IPAs designed to be bigger and bolder than our usual 6% range. This time there's the big tropical notes of mango and grapefruit from Strata along with the more nuanced undertones of strawberry and guava balancing the heady dankness on the aroma, all with a soft and light pine finish.

Den här gången finns de stora tropiska tonerna av mango och grapefrukt från Strata tillsammans med de mer nyanserade undertonerna av jordgubbe och guava som balanserar den tunga doften. Allt avslutas med en mjuk och lätt tallbarrsfinish med efterföljande citrustoner. Riktigt gott.
