short story is that Fudge is one of two inaugural stouts that was first brewed for us at Dugges under the Twelve Percent beer project in the USA. We’ve done a bunch of stouts so it just seemed the right thing to do while introducing our first US brewed stouts to the public. We loved Fudge so much we decided to brew it again, at our own place in Landvetter, Sweden. It is the best Fudge stout we’ve ever done… (Ok, we’ve only done one, but still.) Ver menos
