Cansados de la cerveza industrial y aburrida, cada uno de nosotros decidió empezar a elaborar sus propias cervezas en casa sobre 2011. Pero no fue hasta principios de 2015 cuando nuestros caminos se juntaron: salimos del garaje, convertimos nuestro dinero en acero inoxidable y nos embarcamos en el sueño de fabricar a nivel profesional.
Hoy día, hemos creado la primera fábrica de cerveza de Castellón ciudad. Con un control exhaustivo de los procesos de elaboración y fermentación, y utilizando las mejores materias primas conseguimos unas cervezas excepcionales, muy diferentes a las convencionales. Huimos de las cervezas de siempre, cervezas aburridas que no dicen nada.
No pararemos de innovar y de buscar sabores y aromas diferentes y únicos. Queremos cervezas que agraden tanto al público más general como a los cerveceros más especializados.
No pretendemos crear la cerveza definitiva, pero nos dejaremos la piel por conseguirlo.
