The Caracole has a large release of gas and abundant foam and compact, holding well. On the nose, it offers hops aromas and some tidal notes. Dit bier is het eerste en oudste bier van de brouwerij Caracole en blijft tot op heden het meest geproduceerde bier van François T-tab. Het heeft dus een rijke geschiedenis en blijft populair onder bierliefhebbers.
