A wild farmhouse ale blend of barrel-aged Pie Veloce Brux brett ale and Nessun Dorma vintage saison.

It takes its name from one of the main characters of Neuromancer, a novel by the author William Gibson and a manifesto of the cyberpunk genre. An evocative, visionary and futuristic journey through time, characteristics that Ca' del Brado feel they have at the heart of their project as well.

The refinement of this farmhouse ale - from 5 to 8 months depending on when the two souls of the blend reach the desired harmony - takes place in vats selected from the Ca' del Brado cellar (originally within a single tonneau which in the past housed Nebbiolo wine).

The result is a rustic beer rich in nuance, in which the notes of white fruit are mixed with aromatic and wild components such as cellar and leather. A soft cereal character on the palate gives way to a spicy presence and a slight lactic freshness.

Invernomuto is a smooth and balanced drink, enhanced by its complexity. The varied fermentation environment makes it a constantly evolving beer suitable for aging.

Farmhouse Ale in edizione limitata ottenuta mediante l’assemblaggio della brett ale Piè Veloce Brux con la Vieille Saison Nessun Dorma. L’affinamento, dai 5 agli 8 mesi a seconda di quando le due anime del blend raggiungono l’armonia desiderata, avviene in tini selezionati di volta in volta all’interno della nostra cantina. Ne risulta una birra rustica e ricca di sfumature, in cui le note di frutta bianca si mischiano a componenti pungenti e selvagge quali cantina e cuoio. In bocca un ingresso morbido da cereali lascia posto ad una presenza speziata e ad una lieve freschezza lattica. Invernomuto è una bevuta scorrevole ed equilibrata, impreziosita da una sua complessità. L’ambiente fermentativo variegato la rende una birra in continua evoluzione e destinabile all’invecchiamento.
