Ca' del Brado Cuvée De Kiwi

Oak barrel-aged mixed-fermentation golden sour ale with kiwifruit, fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeast.

This sour ale is made by macerating fresh Hayward kiwi in a wild ale blend obtained by selecting some specific barrels previously inoculated with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, as well as the yeasts and bacteria present in the barrels.

It is characterized by a lactic acidity and refreshing fruitiness, and enriched by citrusy & floral aromas. The smooth, dry and thirst-quenching beer also brings nuances typical of barrel-aging.
