Catalogue Bière Sport Zot 0% NA 24 x 33 cl 38.35 € (Prix public conseillé htva) Ajouter au panier La brasserie De Halve Maan (La Demi Lune) est située sous le cœur historique de la ville de Bruges. La famille Maes (rien à voir avec la marque homonyme) y brasse de la bière depuis 1856, dont la Brugse Zot (fou de Bruges), et depuis 2018, elle y produit une bière sans alcool, la SportZot… J’ai donc versé le breuvage dans mon calice, et… À l’œil Blonde au col duveteux et fourni d’un blanc immaculé. Au nez Des notes épicées de cannelle, clou de girofle, noix de muscade… rappelent le spéculos. Elles sont soutenues par des parfums de poire, voir de tarte au pomme. Au goût Les sensations restent sur les épices, mais quittent les fruits. On retrouve la typicité des levures belges. L’amertume du houblon est présente et s’accompagne d’un goût de malt torréfié ou de pain fortement toasté. En bref La Sport Zot est une bonne surprise, et prouve le savoir faire belge, largement sous-exploité dans l’élaboration de bière sans alcool. Une bière riche en goûts et en arômes, elle affirme ses choix et réussi à convaincre grâce à son bel équilibre.
