Wszystko zaczyna się od piwa Lambic, które jest warzone z 60% słodu i 40% pszenicy, a następnie dojrzewa w 100% w dębowych beczkach.
Oude Geuze Boon to mieszanka Lambic, które dojrzewały przez 1, 2 i 3 lata. Jest butelkowany, a następnie przez kilka miesięcy kondycjonowany.
