Para esta especialidade, utilizamos cerveja lambica velha e jovem que envelheceu nos nossos barris de carvalho. Quando a lambic tem 6 meses de idade, adicionamos 25% de cerejas pretas. Isto provoca a segunda fermentação. Depois clarificamos, filtramos e engarrafamo-la.
As cerejas e os jovens lambic criam uma cerveja vermelha que é ao mesmo tempo natural e fresca, com um sabor doce e ácido absolutamente inesquecível. Isto é kriek como deve ser, com nada mais do que cerejas verdadeiras e lambic. Não há lugar para corantes ou aromatizantes artificiais.
