Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek (season 19|20) Blend No. 81

For this specific Oude Kriek, 3 Fonteinen macerated sour cherries for almost nine months on two-year old lambic. They blended with some young lambic before bottling. The final fruit intensity amounts up to 375 grams of sour cherries per litre of Oude Kriek.

With more than a year of bottle conditioning, the weighted average age of this blend will range around 30 months upon release. While blending, 3 Fonteinen added some local honey. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is the result of a slow and all-natural maceration of whole sour cherries on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
