Concreet wordt Den Bruinen Os, die ter plaatse op zolder gebrouwen wordt, geblend met lambiek van Brouwerij Timmermans.
Deze lambiek heeft meer dan twaalf maanden op houten vaten gerijpt.
Het resultaat is een verrassend roodbruin bier, laag in alcoholgehalte en complex van smaak.
