Antico e modero si incontrano in questa birra dal colore biondo velato. Il naso è pungente, si percepiscono note di frutta tropicale e sentori aciduli e funk. Al palato è ben equilibrata, secca ed asciutta, anche qui tornano le pungenti note fruttate ed i sentori lattici ed aciduli conferiti dai lieviti e dal legno.
