Nebbiosa come una mattina di Copenaghen, eroga un succoso bouquet olfattivo che riflette le nuove varietà di luppoli americani, ricchi di fragranze di frutta esotica (ananas, cocco, mango, papaia e passion fruit), scorza d’agrumi (pompelmo ed arancia), resina di pino e sottili toni erbacei / erboristici e di drupacee (pesca ed albicocca). In sottofondo si rileva una pulita e neutra nota maltata (pane) sufficiente a conferire equilibrio. Con un corpo ed una carbonatazione media, al palato è altrettanto juicy, equilibrata e rinfrescante con una sapidità che ricalca le note olfattive. Finale asciutto con un lungo retrogusto caratterizzato da una moderata amarezza di pino ed agrumi.
