Collabvision Fernando and Filippo:creëer grote, gedurfde bieren die zijn niet voor angsthazen! Samen met hen hebben we een ongelooflijk decadente witte stout gemaakt, boordevol amandelen, chocolade en tonka.
Moersleutel:Brouwerij De Moersleutel is een echt familiebedrijf. Sjaak en Margreet Zomerdijk runnen de brouwerij samen met hun vier zoons Pim, Tom, Rob en Max. De brouwerij is gevestigd in Alkmaar. Bekende bieren van De Moersleutel, beer engineers, zijn de Ofjecitrahoplust (IPA), Motorolie en Willy Tonka.
Brew York:Brew York werd in 2016 opgericht door vrienden Wayne Smith en Lee Grabham. De twee ontmoetten elkaar op het vrijgezellenfeest van een wederzijdse vriend en begonnen samen thuis te brouwen nadat ze hun liefde en passie voor ambachtelijk bier hadden gedeeld, en niet lang daarna werd Brew York geboren. Beginnend in 2016, zoals veel andere ambachtelijke brouwerijen aan hun reis begonnen, was het creëren van Brew York de realisatie van een langlevende droom om een brouwerij te bouwen in het bruisende centrum van York met een populaire Tap Room op het terrein, waardoor een bestemming werd gecreëerd waar het gastvrij voelde en uitnodigend om te genieten van het bier (en andere drankjes) vlak naast de tanks waarin ze werden gebrouwen.We brouwen al ons bier in York, sommige in ons oorspronkelijke brouwhuis in het stadscentrum, en nu wordt veel van het bier 10 minuten verderop gebrouwen in onze ultramoderne productiefaciliteit in Osbaldwick. Onze benadering van brouwen is altijd geweest om de soorten bieren te produceren die we graag zouden drinken in blik, vat en vat. We experimenteren graag met ingrediënten en stijlen en hebben meestal minstens 20 verschillende verse bieren beschikbaar.Onze bieren zijn door veel verschillende dingen geïnspireerd: onze rijke en diverse omgeving van Yorkshire (Rhubarbra Streisand, Viking DNA en Dame Judi Quench om er maar een paar te noemen!), een nieuwe hop of ingrediënt waarmee we willen experimenteren, een cocktail of dessert waar we van hebben genoten tijdens het weekend willen we vertalen naar een bier, maar ook inspiratie opdoen in popcultuur, films en muziek die we combineren met de wens om smaakvolle en impactvolle brouwsels te creëren. We staan misschien wel bekend om onze eigenzinnige en speelse benadering van brouwen, maar alles wat we doen wordt gedaan met passie en aandacht voor detail.

BREW YORK -Brew York was founded in 2016 by friends Wayne Smith and Lee Grabham. The two met at a mutual friend’s stag do and began home-brewing together after sharing their love and passion for craft beer, and Brew York was born not long after. Starting in 2016, as many other craft breweries were beginning their journey, creating Brew York was the realisation of a long-lived dream to build a brewery in York’s bustling centre with a popular on-site Tap Room, creating a destination where it felt welcoming and inviting to enjoy the beer (and other drinks) right next to the tanks they were brewed in.
We brew all our beer in York, some in our original city centre brewhouse, and now a lot of the beer is brewed 10 minutes up the road in our state of the art production facility in Osbaldwick. Our approach to brewing has always been to produce the types of beers which we would love to drink in can, keg and cask. We love to experiment with ingredients and styles and usually have at least 20 different fresh beers available.
Our beers are inspired by many different things: our rich and diverse surroundings of Yorkshire (Rhubarbra Streisand, Viking DNA and Dame Judi Quench to name a few!), a new hop or ingredient we want to experiment with, a cocktail or dessert we enjoyed over the weekend we want to translate into a beer, as well as finding inspiration in pop culture, films and music which we combine with a desire to create full-flavour and impactful brews. We may well be well-known for our quirky and playful approach to brewing, but everything we do is done with passion and attention to detail.
