TAONGA (Maori for ‘treasure’) is the result of the sixth edition of our ‘Project Maisel’, in which the trainees in their final year are allowed to create their own journeyman's piece. From the initial idea and recipe development to the label design, everything is in their hands. Over a period of six months, trainees from various fields worked hand in hand, from industrial clerks and tourism and leisure management assistants to brewers and industrial mechanics.
