Few people know that they were all very close to a certain Sir John who, at the time, was only at the stage of refining his IPA recipes. This beautiful IPA, far from its British counterparts, is typical of big American juices. Hopped with NelSon Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Rakau, Cascade NZ and Hopkief from Southern Cross, it has also been boosted with a nice dose of honey during the boil to add roundness and creaminess to this beautiful hop bomb. So, do like Ziggy and put on your éclair or do like Freddy and don your best mustache and party on!

Cette belle IPA, loin de ses comparses britanniques est typique des gros jus américains. Houblonnée avec du Nelson Sauvin, du Nelson Sauvin Cryo, du Rakau, du Cascade NZ et du Hopkief de Southern Cross, elle a également été boosté avec une belle dose de miel pendant l'ébulition pour ajouter rondeur et onctuosité à cette belle bombe houblonnée.
