Aged since summer 2022 in a blend of Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, Heaven Hill, and George Dickel barrels, Leche Reserva delivers a full-bodied experience packed with complexity.Built on layers of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and warming spice, this year’s blend features a custom chili mix of Ancho, Guajillo, and lightly smoked Chipotle peppers, alongside Ceylon cinnamon, Filipino cacao nibs, and Madagascar vanilla. The result is a smooth, smoky, subtly sweet stout with a soft heat and a waffle cone finish.Post-barrel, this beer was pushed through hundreds of pounds of raw and toasted coconut for a buoyant viscosity and rich, silky roundness. Fresh pineapple pieces layer in a glimmer of tropical acidity, just enough to refresh the palate and bring the glowing rivulets of vibrant summer mango to life.
