Birra Flea Violante

Italian beer in Belgian style brewed from 100% barley malt. It offers an intense flavour with a tendency to bitterness with a caramel flavour, a spicy yeasty fruity aroma and a dry sweet taste with a dry slightly bitter finish. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, top-fermented and bottle-fermented. Violante is best paired with strongly flavoured red meat dishes, especially game.
