Bellwoods Brewery Barn Owl (No. 22)

A blend of foeder-aged golden ales and saisons refermented on apricots. The result is a beer with light stone fruit character, firm bitterness, and soft acidity. A nod to late summer stone fruit with soft notes of almond from the 10 month fruit skin contact.Barn Owl is a series of one-off creations that are released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as Bellwoods deem the barrels ripe for the picking.
