Beeston Brewery On The Huh

Beeston Brewery was founded in 2006 in a renovated farm building overlooking Beeston church and the valley beyond.  The water used in the brewing process comes from deep in the Norfolk chalk from their own private supply and is perfect for brewing their fine beers.  Their main ingredient, Maris Otter malting barley, is some of the finest malting barley on the planet and is grown locally at Branthill Farm on the Holkham Estate.  Beeston On the Huh is an  old style traditional strong bitter that is smooth, malty and full bodied. ‘On the Huh’ is a Norfolk colloquialism meaning a bit wonky or not quite straight – just as objects may appear after a few pints!
